I highly recommend Lake Houston Smiles! I needed an emergency visit and my own dentist wanted me to wait until the second week of January! No appointment slots for urgent care so I googled emergency dentistry. The staff member I spoke with was so nice and understood my need to be seen right away so I got an appointment for the next day. I wasn’t sure what I was walking in to, but from the moment I entered I felt that I was in the right place. Everyone was friendly and professional. I had to have an involved procedure and the Dr Hasan was really great about explaining what I needed to have done and why. The staff made sure that I was comfortable at all times, which included offering me a blanket, and a snack while I waited for the procedure to begin. I absolutely hate feeling any pain while somebody’s working in my mouth, so I was really grateful that Dr. Hassan make sure I was fully anesthetized before she began. Every time she had to introduce the needle for the anesthetic, she said “I’m so sorry you’re going to feel a bit of a pinch.” I spent a fair amount of time in the chair and left feeling like I had been really well cared for. So much so that I’m going to look and see if my insurance covers this practice so that I can switch to Lake Houston Smiles.

Everyone is so sweet & amazing ! They truly care about you as a patient and passionate about their jobs. I recommend this place to everyone!!!
