My experience at Lake Houston Smiles Dentistry has always been good. The staff are friendly and they listen to my concerns. What really impressed me was how they handled my insurance. I had a crown placed on a tooth that was cracked; they did a great job. A few weeks later my insurance notified me that they would not cover the crown. Ana at the dental office was so helpful. There was some back and forth with my insurance, and all the while they took care of working with my insurance to get it covered. The office staff at Lake Houston Smiles Dentistry has been so helpful in explaining the process and taking care of it. I have been so grateful and appreciative of their efforts.

Excellent care from beginning to end!
Both of my daughters had their wisdom teeth extracted by Dr.Zhu and the process was efficient and professional. Everything was explained thoroughly and clearly. Discharge intstrutions were clear and the doctor's cell phone number was given in case of issues or concerns (luckily we had none).
Alexa at the front desk is a rock-star! Very good at her job! She was always very kind and knowledgable.
I have one more kid to get their wisdom teeth extracted and definitely will be using Lake Houston Smiles Dentistry again.
